meaning of attribues in GFF output

Would someone point me to documentation about the the meaning of the attributes string (column 9) of the GFF gene prediction output?
e.g., grp=R0055;pri=4;src=E "2.73287e+07;1;61:0"
I especially don't understand "1;61:0".
