Functional annotation of Augustus results

Hi
I have been using Augustus with a non-model organism for a while and it have given me good results. Now, I would like to ask what is the best way to functional annotate the resulting GFF file.
I have tried annotate-gff(https://github.com/PalMuc/Annotate-GFF) but it doesn't give the results I expected.
Is there any built in functionality for this?
Thank you

AUGUSTUS is a tool for structural annotation, only. I know of no super easy way to functionally annotate the gene set predicted by AUGUSTUS.
