Hi,

I'm getting this error when trying to train AUGUSTUS:

/data/www/augtrain/webdata/trainv6RxW7s3/training-gene-structure.gff appears to be in corrupt Genbank format. 'ORIGIN' missing
/data/www/augtrain/webdata/trainv6RxW7s3/training-gene-structure.gff appears to be in corrupt Genbank format. '//' missing

I've downloaded my GenBank file from GenBank and it does have both 'ORIGIN' and '//'. Here's the file: http://speedy.sh/3xW2x/Oryza-sativa-Jap ... plastid.gb.

Anyone can see why I'm getting the error?

Hi Sansan,

I am apologize for not answering last year... I was on parental leave. Actually, somebody was supposed to answer questions here while I was gone, but he obviously didn't get around to do it... sorry.

I cannot access the file, anymore. If you still have problems, please post a link to the file, again.
