any crude diagnostic for optimize_augustus.pl run progress?

I am re-running my optimize_augustus.pl (for UTR training) step with your Perl script, with 3 cycles.
I am not sure whether the STDOUT from your Perl script indicates which cycle # the Perl script is going through.
So using STDOUT on my screen, what is/are line(s) that I can use as a crude diagnostic for whether the script has progressed beyond cycle #1 or if it is close to finish.
