Hi all
I'm trying to create hints for AUGUSTUS from proteins using Exonerate, following the instructions on your wiki... I'm trying to figure what parameters to run Exonerate with so that I can use the exonerate2hints.pl script, but I can't find the runExonerate.pl file in the scripts directory. Could you please make it available!

Hi Katharina,
Is runExonerate.pl script publicly available? I am unable to generate hints with exonerate2hints.pl. Is there a particular flag in the exonerate command that must be include which is required by exonerate2hints.pl?. If I had access to runExonerate.pl, I would be able to decipher that from the code.
